This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by On the Line Foundation (the "Foundation") with respect to your use of our website located at www.OnTheLineFoundation.org (the "Site") so you can make an informed decision about using our Site. By using our Site, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy, as may be modified by us from time to time. We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time. We will alert you that changes have been made by a notice posted on the home page of our Site and by indicating on the Policy the date it was last updated. You should be aware that the Foundation is not a healthcare provider (e.g. doctor, hospital, pharmacist, etc.) and is generally not subject to the Privacy Rule under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which imposes strict requirements on healthcare providers relating to individually identifiable healthcare information.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

The Site is for general audiences and is not directed toward those under 13 years of age.
